The Fat Loss Protocol with Cyndi O'Meara - Most Popular Episode

Do you know that your body can signal turning off fat release? Meaning even though you may try to exercise your butt or gut off, your body still isn’t allowing you to release fat. Sooo not fair!

You’re frustration starts to climb as you get more despair wondering what is going on. You’re still eating the same but now putting on weight daily, you have completely lost your waistline that you had in your 20’s and getting more and more joint pain.

Sounds familiar?

In this episode we invite Cyndi O’Meara on the show to take us through her Fat Loss Protocol.

Cindy shares the science of why the Fat Loss Protocol works so effectively especially for middle age women. She walks us through the four phases of this transformational program.

In our 40’s our hormone really start to come into play. What we use to do to lost weight just doesn’t work anymore.

One of the biggest problems Cyndi shares is because we are leptin resistant. Leptin tells our hormones what to do. What to do with fat & hunger specifically!

The fat Loss protocol shows you how to RESET your leptin sensitivity  and stop the middle age spread in its tracks.

(listen above-scroll up & press the play button or listen on iTunes)

Now in this interview Cyndi shares something that totally stops me in my tracks – you hear me actually gasp a big “WOW” ….something that I have never heard before about how simply the fat from your moisturiser could STOP your fast loss results. CRAZY SH*T!

Her are some other things she teaches you:

  • How and why your body goes into ketosis…and what is it?
  • How simply drinking a certain type of alcohol could put on a couple of kilos of inflammation over night. Your body can’t put on a kilo of weight over night..this is inflammation. But the good news is you can find something that actually helps you have a drink and not pay the price the next day.
  • The more fat cells you have or shall I say the more overweight you are -the more your Leptin signal is NOT work and makes you think you’re hungry when you’re not. (PLUS HOW TO RESET THIS- YES!!!)
  • How stress from being a high achieving entrepreneur interrupts your digestion which in turn effects our weight.
  • What HCG is why its important to know to help you support your fat loss journey
  •  The importance of season cycles for fat loss.

Kill Sugar Cravings with Essential Oils

Imagine if you can kill a craving in 3 mins flat!

In fact yesterday after this interview I had a sugar craving; I walked to my cupboard and opened it up looking to see what I have in there to feed it…and then out of the side of my eye I see my lemon essential oil.

Believe me when I say this that I sooo wanted the chocolate that is hidden at the top of my cupboard BUT  I thought well let’s see if Dr Mariza is right and lemon essential oil can cure my sugar craving.

So I placed a drop on my tongue, closed the cupboard door and walked off.

Only now writing this did I realise Holly sh*t it worked…even better I totally forgot I wanted the chocolate. No mental battle…NOTHING!

Even though I have used essential oils for many years but not to cure a sugar cravings.

I noticed that there has been a big BUZZ around essential oils lately; so I decided to bring Dr Marzia Synders on the show today to give us the lowdown on essential oils (she shares some crazy mind blowing stuff!!!!)

Today we lift the lid on the  whole essential oils world; how they work, why they work.

I stumbled across essential oils 17 years ago; I had the weakest lungs, I continually suffered from asthma with continual bouts of bronchitis a couple of times a year. I was introduced to the powers of peppermint oil and since that day I never used an asthma spray or had bronchitis ever again….NEVER!

Dr Mariza Synders  shares how our stress hormones are linked to our sugar cravings and how we can vanish them in under 3 mins flat simply by sniffing a peppermint or lemon oil.

Essential oils are powerful organic constitutes that speak directly to our molecules, hence the positive immediate impact & effects.

This Woman is phenomenal to listen to you’re going to LOVE LOVE LOVE her!

Check out what we cover in today interview:

Ep#29 – Cellulite… Go away!

Cellulite.

Women would practically spend anything to get rid of it.

and don’t the big brands know it too!

They try to claim they have the next ‘miracle cream’ that will be your solution to diminishing it for good.

But do they work?

😞 …Hmmmmmm?

Today I talk about Cellulite, what it is, why women get it more than men and proven ways to help reduce it significantly.

It sucks when you have it as you are embarrassed when it’s time to be in your swimwear,
hate being in the retail change room as those lights make it look even worse. You practically walk out of well-lit changerooms feeling depressed swearing that you’ll go on a diet tomorrow.

You‘re not alone!

90% of women suffer from cellulite.

…from the thinnest to the other most overweight.

I’m not promising you any astonishing results on this interview, just more of an understanding to help support you in your journey of wellness.

Here’s to hope xx
Annette
