Caroline Bellenger is a passionate life coach, motivational speaker, and creator of ‘Be The Impossible’. The recent winner of The Gold Coast Women Of The Year Wellness Warrior & National Roar Award Best Advocate For Mental Health Caroline epitomises the philosophy of overcoming trauma through wellness and courage. From childhood sexual abuse to over twenty years of addiction and mental health issues, Caroline got sober in 2009. Since then, Caroline has achieved incredible success in life and business.
A few of her remarkable achievements include representing Australia in Triathlon at 50, climbing to Everest Base Camp, and going back to university in her 40s. After a successful corporate career ended through workplace bullying at the age of 48, she took back her life by becoming a successful entrepreneur with several businesses. These include a thriving fitness studio and life coaching business. Achieving entrepreneurial success over a few years is a testament to her courage and determination to not allow her past or age to define her future.
During her 12-year transition from self-hatred to self-esteem, Caroline created a powerful toolbox of strategies to overcome the many challenges and obstacles she faced. At the heart of her transformation was the ability to grow and move forward with courage, humour, and hope. She credits much of her success to incorporating both exercise and a positive mindset into everyday practice.
Caroline is passionate about inspiring women to reach their dreams. She emphatically believes that if she can overcome significant life obstacles, then any woman given support and encouragement can achieve the impossible. This is why Caroline has dedicated her life to empowering other women through inspirational keynotes, coaching programs, and online education. Through all her social media channels, she raises awareness of childhood sexual abuse and mental health stigma.
