Sandy’s is a passionate health and special needs advocate dedicated to helping people live their best lives and helping people to reach and exceed their goals. She is a mentor, advocate and a personal development and wellness coach with over 6 years of industry experience.
Stephanie is a Mummy to two little girls, Imogen and Charlotte. Charlotte has Autism and a developmental co-ordination disorder. She is the digital arm of the tribe & heads up all of the tech parts of the business as well as facilitating health and wellness coaching. She is an advocate for educating women on the importance of surrounding ourselves with a tribe and finding a place where a brave face isn’t necessary. She believes if women can find somewhere that they can grow together, they will get you through the darkest days.
